Die Übergabe der Schlüssel hat trotz unserer Verspätung gut geklappt. E’ pequenininho, mas bem distribuído, possue uma sacada que embora nao seja completamente utilizável, te dá uma visão ampla d os famosos telhados de Paris. Perto do metro e de muitos restaurantes, mesmo não sendo uma zona turística, se esta próprio bem. Perfeito para duas pessoas. O proprietário è extremamente gentil e atencioso. A única coisa que alteraria é o sófa da sala que é um pouco desconfortável… mas nada que impeça uma estadia nota 10! Il monolocale è molto carino. Ci siamo sentiti dei veri Parigini. E’ piccolo, ma bene distribuito, c’è una terrazza , che anche se non è utilizzabile completamente, permette una visione dei tetti di Parigi. E vicino alla metro e a molti ristoranti, anche se la zona non è turistica, si può dire che si sta proprio bene. Perfetto per una coppia. Il proprietario è gentile e cortese. The location meant I could walk just about everywhere and the neighbourhood had everything I could need in terms of food shopping and amentities such as laundry facilties. The matras diffused a quite unpleasant odour. The neighborhood is also wonderful -- definitely a place where Parisians live, work, and shop -- not just tourists. The owner is delightful and accomodating. Appart' sympa recommandé pour les jeunes de corps (pour la mezannine et le dernier étage sans ascenseur). Dans le studio même et son environnement agréable nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Nos ha gustado mucho y hemos estado muy cómodos y muy a gusto, aunque al apartamento no le vendría nada mal una manita de pintura.
